PRICE SCHEDULE

Service	Description	Price
Diagnosis of Problems	Determine cause of problems with the PC and provide written explanation describing actions required to repair the PC.	$25.00 Flat Fee
Virus and Spyware Removal	Run extensive virus and spyware scans to remove all infections. (Average time is 2 hours)	$25.00 per hour
Computer Installation and Setup	Unpack and install new PC including setup. (Average time is 2 hours)	$25.00 per hour
Install PC Hardware	Install memory, additional hard disc drive, CD or DVD drives. (Average time is 1 hour or less)	$25.00 per hour
Install Software	Install software applications. (Average time is 1 hour or less depending on number of applications)	$25.00 per hour
PC Optimization	Includes cleaning up of unnecessary files, removing old applications, removing unused registry entries, disabling unnecessary startup processes and installation of windows updates. (Average time is 1 to 2 hours)	$25.00 per hour
Operating System Installation or Upgrade	Install new windows operating system or upgrade to a newer version of windows. Includes analysis of PC specifications to ensure it exceeds minimum requirements prior to attempting installation. (Average time is 2 to 3 hours)	$25.00 per hour
Data Backup Service	Backup data onto a CD or DVD. First CD or DVD media included in price. This service can be used when migrating data to a new computer or just for backup purposes. (Average time is 1 hour or less depending on volume of data being backed up)	$25.00 per hour
PC Repair	Hourly rate for PC repair. Customer will receive a fixed price quotation prior to repair service being carried out.	$25.00 per hour

Note:
1. All pricing is for labor only. No parts or software are included.
2. Any required hardware is to be purchased by the customer and supplied to me for installation.
3. Prices current as of September 2006.
4. I accept cash or checks only.
5. If I am unable to repair the PC you will only be charged the $25.00 flat fee.
6. Customer must sign a liability agreement before any service can be carried out.
7. Minimum of 1 hour labor charge on all services.
8. All payments are due upon completion of service.
